This is a wireless temperature controller. Given the right setup you could use this to control the temperature of your smoker. This would be a project that would require additional materials to complete. You would either plug in a compatible electric smoker or rig your smoker up with a fan to regulate airflow. Search Amazon for “smoker fan” to shop around. Another option to do this is the Billows + compatible ThermoWorks thermometer.
